General Cancellation Policies
Month-to-Month Membership Options:
With our month-to-month membership, you have the flexibility to cancel your Physiq Fitness membership at any time by providing us with just 30 days’ written notice. To initiate the cancellation process, simply sign the cancellation form at the club or log in to your online membership account. The termination will take effect on the 30th day after we receive your notice, known as the “Termination Date.” Please note that any charges due before the Termination Date will still apply. For example, if you submit your notice on March 5th, the Termination Date will be April 4th, and any membership or annual fee charges due between those dates will still be applicable.
12-Month (Annual) Membership Options:
For our members with a 12-month agreement, please be aware that it is subject to a cancellation fee. To avoid additional charges, you must submit your cancellation request and pay the fee within 7 business days of your regular monthly or biweekly due date. Any membership or annual fee charges due between those dates will still be applicable.
